5.1/0.15 = 1.7/0.05 (divide both top&bottom by 3)
1.7/0.05 = 170/5 (multiply both by 100)
170/5 = 340/10 (multiply both by 2)
340/10 = 34 (divide both by 10)
or just use a calculator
or use fractions
25.5 = 25 1/2 = 51/2
0.75 = 3/4
51/2 divided by 3/4 = 51/2 times 4/3 (just invert the divisor)
51/2 x 4/3 = 51(2)/3 = 17(2) = 34
or 4/3 of 25.5 = 25.5 + (1/3)25.5 = 25.5 + 8.5 = 34
or just do long division and be careful where you put the decimal point
