Picking the first one, you have a probability of 5/8. Now there are only 4 red left out of 7, or 4/7. Then there are 3 out of 6 or 3/6 and so on until you have all 5 red buttons.
(5/8)(4/7)(3/6)(2/5)(1/4) = 120/6720
Notice that this is also equal to 5•4•3•2•1/(8•7•6•5•4) = 5!/(8!/3!)
