System of equations:
L = 3W + 5
50 = 2L + 2W
The width is 5cm and the length is 20cm.

L=5+3W
50 = 2L + 2W
2(5+3W) + 2W = 50
10+6W +2W =50
8W =40
W =5 cm
L=5+3(5) = 20 cm
