How did y^2-3x+3=0 turned to y=3+2x-x^2

How did y^2-3x+3=0 turned to y=3+2x-x^2

I don't know. They are only approximately equal at point (2.397, 2.05) by setting them equal and solving.

I did this graphically and,

the answer might be: "only at that point!"

Rather a strange problem...
