This was a graded assignment due a couple days ago and I need help, its only algebraic

State whether the function represents exponential growth or decay. (1 point each)

1. y=0.25(1.02)x          2. h(x)=10(1/3)x

-growth                        -growth

-decay                         -decay

3. The population of a certain species can be modeled by the function .

Part A: Is the population increasing or decreasing? (1 point)

-increasing

-decreasing

Part B: According to the model, what was the initial population of the species? (1 point) Put only a number into the entry.

The initial population was _______ creatures.

Sorry, and thank you, the function in #3 is P(t) = 98(1.045)^t

So, again, you are multiplying by a number greater than 1. Is that going to make the amount grow or decay? You tell me what the initial population was.
