It's a flat horizontal line, because the y coordinates are the same. the line is y=-3
in slope intercept form of the equation it's
y= (0)x -3

recall the formula to find the slope between 2 points: rise/run or (y2-y1)/(x2-x1). let (x1,y1)=(3,-3) and (x2,y2)= (0,-3). plug in the values into the slope formula to get
(-3 -(-3))/(0-3) to get a slope of 0/-3 =0. a slope of 0 means the line is horizontal since there is no rise. hope that helped!
