from C to A is 7
from A to B is 3
that sums to 10
from C to B is the square root of 7^2 + 3^2 = sqr(49+9) = sqr58
AC + AB + BC = 7+3+sqr58 = 10+sqr58 = about 10+7.62 = 17.62
