The numerator of the expression is zero when X = -3, so the expression will be zero at that point also. X cannot be = -4 as the denominator would be zero which is not allowed. Consideration of the X values > -3 and
< -4 show that the rational expression is positive for those values. Values of X for X < -3 and > -4 give negative results for the expression.
X >= -3 and X < -4 will satisfy the rational inequality.
