I won't be able to show you a graph of the line but I can help you with the steps to do it yourself.
Since the equation is already in the form y = mx + b, you can see that the b term, the y-intercept is -5.
That tells you that a point on the line and where the line crosses the y-axis is (0, -5)
This is a good STARTING point. Starting from (0, -5) use the given slope to find a 2nd and even 3rd point on the line. Simply go to the RIGHT (positive x) 4 spaces and then UP (positive y) 3 spaces to find the 2nd point (4, -2). You can do the same for the 3rd point (from the 2nd point) but its not necessary.
Connect your two points. Extend the line just a bit on either side and that's your line. It will slant upward (from left to right) because the rise/run is small and its a positive slope.
You can use this for your other question for y = 1/5(x) - 2
