If what you mean is that the slope is 2, and the coordinates on the line are (4,3). Then here are the steps you take to get to the equation. Slope in an equation is the same thing as m.
so y=mx+b becomes y=2x+b
Since you know what x and y are because of the coordinates (4,3) you plug them in, x being 4 and y being 3
3=2(4)+b
3=8+b
b=3-8
b=-5
Now that you have b figured out, you just plug it back into the original equation.
y=2x-5 is your answer

The line has slope M=2 and it eats (4,3), so x=4 when y=3
intercept formula: B = y - mx
= 3 - (2)(4)
= 3 - 8
= -5
y = 2x - 5
