That sentence is a little difficult to follow. I would suggest this revision: Once you have met all daytime requirements and resolved all of the available Alts as appropriate, the system will automatically provide the next group of Alts for you to work with.

Alternatively, you could use this, which clarifies what constitutes an appropriate resolution: Once you have met all daytime requirements and resolved all of the available Alts as either refused or ineligible, the system will automatically provide the next group of Alts for you to work with.

It’s not really a problem of grammar, but one simple sentence with a complication and some misleading punctuation. Let’s take the sentence apart and see what it’s trying to communicate:

Once you have completely resolved all available Alts in a Group, by meeting all the day part requirements and resolved with the appropriate refusal or ineligible, the system will automatically provide the next group of Alts to work.

Skip the middle, and it becomes a pretty simple sentence. The first comma setting off the middle part isn’t really helpful. The middle bit simply explains how you “resolve” the Alts, but its two parts aren’t parallel. The two verbs, meeting and resolved need to have the same form; meeting is the correct form, so let’s change the other one to match:

... by meeting all the day part requirements and resolving [I would add a pronoun] it with the appropriate [maybe we need another noun here] label refusal or ineligible, ...

If you didn’t insert label, it would help to put the labels in quotation marks. The second comma is all right. If you didn’t have the middle explanation, you’d still need a comma to separate the two main clauses of the sentences, the Once you x, the system will y.
