Find f(-4).

f(x) = x+6

f(-4) = -4+6 = 2

Now substitute 2 for f(-4) in g(f(-4)).

g(x) = 4x²

g(2) = 4(2)² = 4(4) = 16

So g(f(-4)) = 16
