In general, a perpendicular line to y = 5x + 2 would be an equation in which the slope (5, here) is the negative inverse of the original line (-1/5).
So one perpendicular line could be y = -(1/5)x + 2. Any equation of the form y = -(1/5)x + b would be perpendicular for any value of b.
