Another way to solve different from Raymond's is by using the point/slope equation:
y-y1=m(x-x1).
If we want a line parallel to the given line than we know the slope needed for our equation, m=1.2. We are given the point the second line will pass through (5,0). Now, fill in the point/slope equation with the aforementioned information.
y-0=1.2(x-5) where I will leave for you to solve in slope/intercept form.
