Im assuming the equation is y=-1/3*sqrt(x+5)-7,
If so there are 4 transformations occuring:
- The graph is flipped because of the negative sign
- The graph is condensed by 1/3
- The graph is shifted 5 units to the left
- The graph is shifted 7 units up
