If you recall equation y=mx+b where m=slope and b=y-intercept. You can easily plug in 6 for m and the point (1,2) =(x,y) so plug it into the equation where there is x and y. For example, 2=6(1)+b then solve for b which you should get -4. That -4 just means where the line crosses the y-axis so at point (0,-4). Since the slope is 6 that is the same as 6/1 so rise/run. So if you were to graph it you start at the point (0,-4) and count up 6 units since it is positive 6 and then to the right 1 unit. Now that should put you at (1,2) which is the point that you want to pass through. From there you can count again 6 units up and over to the right 1 unit to have 3 different points and connect the dots and there you have a line.
