These are 5 coordinates on a straight line.

The gradient or slope = change in y / change in x

first point is (1, 11) and second is (2, 15)

change in y (from 11 to 15) is 4 and change in x (from 1 to 2) is 1

hence slope = 4/1 = 4

equation of this line has the slope intercept form y = mx + b and in this case y = 4x + b
