Look carefull at the image. You will be able to discern the 3 rectangles, and 2 right triangles (which you could combine to make a 4th rectangle). Just add up all the areas.
However, how much plywood you would actually need to buy would depend on the size of the plywood source. 4 x 8' sheets are common. You will discern immediately that you need internal bracing in order to accomplish that 6 x 5' side, and designing that in will require a little planning. Otherwise Oliver's ramp will promptly collapse, and he will be sorry, not just You!
