If yes, then to solve for M is basically a fancy way to say rewrite the expression so that you are solving for the value of M in terms of the other variables. Use cross multiplication to get the variables GM out of the denominator on the RHS

T²GM = 4p³a³

To isolate M (solve for it), you divide (factor out) T²G from the LHS and divide it through on the RHS. Remember, what you do to ONE side you do the OTHER T²G becomes the denominator on the RHS.
