y = (-7/2)x + 1 is what mark is trying to say...
Other software can mistake it for -7/(2x) +1 or
even y = -7/(2x+1) where the x is in the denominator
the slope of the perpendicular line is 2/7
B = y - mx
= 3 - (2/7)(14)
= 3 - 4
= -1
y = (2/7)x - 1
