I convert from standard form to slope-intercept form.
-3x + y = 2 → y = 3x + 2
With the given point, (1, 1), we can use the point-slope form to find where the line is parallel to with the slope, m = 3.
y - 1 = 3(x - 1)
y - 1 = 3x - 3
y = 3x - 2
