y - 1=2(x - 3/2)
slope-intercept form is the form y = mx + b
where m = slope and b is the y-intercept.
So, you need to solve for y:
y - 1 (+1) = 2x - 3 (+ 1)
y = 2x - 2
So, now you have it in slope - intercept form.
