I can do the first one as the example and you can do the second one using the exact same procedure.
standard form is ax + by = c
first we determine the equation of the line in slope intercept form y = mx + b, where we need to determine m = slope and b = y-intercept
slope is given as 2, so equation becomes y = 2x + b.
Using given point (3,-5) we can plug those values in for x and y and solve for b:
-5 = 2(3) + b; b = -11.
so equation becomes y = 2x - 11
now subtract 2x from both sides so equation is in standard form:
-2x + y = -11
