Polynomial Standard Form Degree Leading
Coefficient
1. 3-2x+x2
2. 952x7
3. 5x2-3x4+25x3
I don’t understand which one is highest Exponent and which one is Standard Form.
Standard Form is the Highest exponent,
Degree is also the Highest Exponent and the leading coefficient is the 1st number that is front of the Highest exponent

The standard form is when the terms are SORTED
in DECREASING order of exponent.
Here are the standard forms of the polynomials you
have shown.
1) x^2 - 2x + 3
2) 952x^7
3) -3x^4 + 25x^3 + 5x^2
Here are the degrees:
1) degree=2
2) degree=7
3) degree=4
Here are the Leading Coefficients:
1) 1
2) 952
3) -3
note that if there is NO coefficient
number, then it is understood and
assumed to be 1, as is the case
with the 1st polynomial leading
coefficient is 1
