Let x = cost of service
Let 0.20x = Miss Sally's tip
110 = x + 0.20x
110 = 1.20x
110/1.20 = x
91.67 = x
91.67 x 0.20 = 18.33 for Miss Sally
18.33/91.67 * 100 = 19.99%
If total 110 = before tipping Miss Sally then
110 * 0.20 = Miss Sally's tip
$22 = Miss Sally's tip
