This is simply a substitution problem. I will do the first one as an example
26-year-old male football player. Height: 6’6” Weight: 305 lbs
Age = 26
gender = 1
Height = 6 feet (12 inches/1 ft) = 72 inches Convert whole number of feet into inches
72 inches + 6 inches = 78 inches Add remaining inches
78 inches x 0.0254 = 1.98 meters Convert to meters
Weight = 305 lbs /2.2 = 138.6 kg
BMI = Weight (kg)/ Height (m)2 = 138.63 kg/(1.98m)2 = 35.4
Adult Body Fat % = (1.20 x BMI) + (0.23 x Age) - (10.8 x gender) - 5.4
= (1.20 x 35.4) + (0.23 x 26) - (10.8 x 1) - 5.4 = 32.26%
