Calculate the BMI and Estimated Body Fat % for the following scenarios using these formulas. Show all work.

Conversions:

Height in inches X 0.0254 = Height in Meters

Weight in lbs/2.2= Weight in Kg 


Estimated Body Fat % using BMI:

Adult Body Fat % = (1.20 x BMI) + (0.23 x Age) - (10.8 x gender) - 5.4

Male=1 Female=0

2.    35-year-old mother of three. Height: 5’6” Weight: 160 lbs

3.    19-year-old female gymnast: Height: 5’4” Weight: 100 lbs
