We can write an equation, but we don't have enough info in your question to solve.
30 = A + F + 2r
plus, an inequality 0<= r <= 5 (this is if you can have any number of rides including 0 and 5)
if they must go for at least one ride, then 1 <= r <= 5
where A = price of Admission, F = spent on Food, r = number of rides
I think all we can say is that 20 <= A + F <= 30
this with 0 rides allowed, you can figure out how it changes if 1 is the minimum.
