If we are given two points on the plane (x_1,y_1) and (x_1,y_2) then the slope of the unique line passing through them is given by the formula (y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1). Hence, in our case we have that the slope is equal to (4+4)/(3+3)=8/6=4/3.
