Harry is twice as old as Ron and Hermione is 9 years older than Ron. 3 years ago, Harry was 9 less than 3 times Ron’s age. How old is Hermione now?

Ha = 2R

He= R+9

Ha-3 = 3(R-3)-9

Ha =3R-9-9+3 = 3R -15

Ha = 2R = 3R -15

R=15

He =15+9 = 24 years old
