I see a couple of similar questions, so I'll help with this one and assume you can see how the other(s) can be answered.
m(x)=4r+15;m(x)=7
MWe know two things:
m(x) = 4r + 15, and
m(x) = 7
So use one to solve the other:
7 = 4r + 15
4r = -8
r = -2

4r+15 = 7. Subtract 15 from both sides to get 4r = -8. Divide by 4 to get r = -2.10/08/20
