Polynomial function and leading coefficient

Suppose a fourth-degree polynomial function has the roots 2i and square root of 3. If the leading coefficient for the function is 1, find the function.

The answer below assumes that -sqrt(3) is a missing solution. There is no reason that has to be true. (The assumption that -2i is a solution is correct, because complex solutions always do that.) That answer is a good bet that's what they meant for this question, but the correct answer would be to leave "+sqrt(3)" as an unknown constant.
