The length of a regulation tennis court is 6 feet greater than twice its width.  The perimeter of the court is 228 feet.  Find the dimensions of the court.

L=6+2W

2(L+W)=228

2(6+2W+W) = 228

12 +6W = 228

6W = 228-12 = 216

W = 216/6 = 36 feet

L=6+2W = 6+2(36)=6+72 = 78 feet
