any parallel line will have the same slope = m

the parallel line with slope m and intercept = (0,1) will be y=mx +1

m will be either 2/5 or -2/5 in this problem, depending on what the sign is connecting

2x and 5y Assume it's 2x+5y=10, then y=-(2/5)x + 2 and m=-2/5

the parallel line with intercept (0,1) is then y=-2x/5 +1
