Using the Pythagorean Theorem:
A^2 + B^2 = C^2
(x+2)^2 + (8)^2 = (x+4)^2
x^2 + 4x + 4 + 64 = x^2 + 8x + 16
4x + 68 = 8x + 16
52 = 4x
13 = x
A: x+2 = 15
B: 8
C: x+4 = 17
