I'm assuming you mean g(x) = 7f(x + 4) + 11
If you are allowed to choose any value for x, then the only one you can really do much with is x = 1. For x = 1, f(x + 4) will be equal to f(1 + 4) or f(5). Since you know that f(5) = 6, you can plug that into g(x) as a replacement for f(x+4), aka ff(5), to get 7(6) + 11 which equals 53
So, g(1) = 53
