A student scores 61 on a test. The class average is 81, with a standard deviation of 10 points. What percentage of the class scored below this student?

A student scores 61 on a test. The class average is 81, with a standard deviation of 10 points. What percentage of the class scored below this student?
 
How do I solve this problem?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Please and thank you!

What if a z-score chart isn't available?  This is a sample from for a practice test I am taking.  When I take the test, the chart will not be provided.

In this case the z-score is two standard deviations below the mean. You could memorize the areas under the normal curve.
