Here are some hints to help guide you/organize your thoughts;
1st think about what broccoli is made of nutritionally, (Macro nutrients: Fat, Protein, Carbs, Water. ; and if required for this answer the micro-nutrients:: vitamins and minerals.
Think about the specific parts of the digestive system and organs from mouth all the way down to the colon.
What does each organ do?? mechanically and chemically (what organs contain enzymes specific to breaking down fat, carb, etc) ; also acids and base involvement.....Where are they located?
Think about where specific components of the broccoli will be absorbed and where in the digestive track the absorption of those specific nutrients will occur,
Also what parts of the broccoli may be left over and what happens to the parts that are not absorbed??
Hope this helps you organize your thoughts. And hopefully it will help lead you to a well thought out answer. If you need more help let me know:)
