2. a(t)=1/t+4 on [9, 9+h]
3. j(x)=3x^3 on [1,1+h]
4. f(x)= 2x^2-3x on [x,x+h]

I cannot find any help regarding these questions. I am not sure on the steps it takes to complete them.
