asked 08/24/20So I have this problem because -140/79 is 1.772151.......(repeated decimal), so that should be a irrational. But when I tried to enter this answer, it says that -140/79 is rational.
Is there an explanation for this because my system does not explain to me why and I want to know why this is a rational instead of an irrational.
Thank you!
