How would i even begin to simplify this?

[(x^2 -36)^4] / (divided by) [(x^2 -12x+36) (times) sqrt(x+6)]

In this case, then I will have (x - 6)^2 (x + 6)^[(8/2)-(1/2)] = (x - 6)^2 (x + 6)^(7/2)
