We get _

4x+18x-54 =-13

22x-54=-13

22x=54-13

22x=41

x=41/22

Put the value of x in equation (2)

We get_

y=6x-18

=6×(41/22) -18

=(123/11)-18

=(123-198 )/11

=-75/11

Then x=41/22 ,y=-75/11 Answer..
