What is the distance between (2,1) and (14,6) on a coordinate plane

A. 5 units

B. 14 units

Problems like this are frequently 'Pythagorean Triples'. If you subtract 2 from 14, you get one leg of a right 'triangle', just as 6 minus 1 gives the other leg.
