Write a function relating a camera's purchase price after coupon, y, to the retail price, x. Give the domain of this function.

Assuming that we're only interested in cases where the coupon is applied (since they say "Write a function relating a camera's purchase price AFTER coupon..."), the price function would be y = x - 50.
Since the coupon is only good if the original price is $100 or more, then the domain of the function would be all values of x greater than or equal to $100.

You should enter a new question each time...
Anyway, if the price is discounted by 40%, it means that the actual purchase price is 60% of the original price. So the function would be y = .6 x. The domain is all real numbers above 0. There is no minimum required to get the discount, but prices
can't be 0 or below.
