The n! insures that this series will not converge unless 5 x -1 =0. Thus the interval of convergence is the single point x = 1/5 and radius of convergence is zero.

Richard is right; he might have said that the ratio is n(5x-1) - or (n+1)(5x-1) to be technical, which has no limit as n goes to infinity.
