The x-intercept is where y=0, and the y-intercept is where x=0.
So take your equation 2x+3y=6 and first plug in 0 for y and see what x is. When y is 0 we see that x=3, so the x-intercept is at (3, 0)
Next plug in 0 for x and see what we get for y. we get y=2, so the y intercept is (0,2)
(3,0) and (0,2)
