Hello Carly,
When something is done in two steps, you can usually multiply the probability for each step to get the probability for both steps.
In this case, start by finding the probability of picking a red marble on the first step.
Then assume you picked a red marble out of the bag and kept it. What marbles would be left in the bag? (only 9 of them right? How many will be red?)
Now find the probability of picking a red marble on the second step (something out of 9)
To get the final answer, multiply your two probabilities together.
