From the chart we can see that 70 freshman speak a second language and have a class average of at least 90.

We are also looking at the percentage of the whole freshman class regardless of their average. Therefore we find that the sum of all freshman is 145.

There we go! We have that 70 out of 145 freshman match the criteria. So 70/145 = .483 Convert to a percentage: 48.3%
