In this case, it's a simple substitution problem! Substitute b+c = 25 into the original problem, and you get
a + 25 = 35
Then from there you can deduce
a = 35 - 25
a = 10
And from there, just start from the beginning! So
10 + b + c = 35
b + c = 35 - 10
b + c = 25
So your answer would be
c = 25 - b
Unfortunately, this problem does sort of loop around, since there are three variables, and two equations.
