Maya, let's think about that. I'll give you two hints. First realize this is a horizontal line, right?
y = mx + b
With m, the slope, being 0, if you graph this line, what is b, the y-intercept? Remember that mathematicians are lazy so we don't write things like 0x; we just leave it out.
And/or, if I draw a horizontal line, what is true of ALL the points on that line? It'll give you the equation of a horizontal line.
