I assume you want the equation of a line that passes through the 2 given points. In point slope form, the equation is
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
m = (-4 - 4)/(-3 - 0) = ?
For x1 and y1 you can use the coordinates of either (0,4) or (-3,-4). Plug in the numbers and finish from here.
